Note: The Validation Report can be accessed only via your authenticated Unifize account on the Web App. Report links redirect to app.unifize.com to verify identity and permissions before opening the controlled document.

Feature Validation is the single, living record of validation for a specific feature in the Unifize platform. It confirms that the feature works as intended, continues to meet defined requirements, and remains compliant after every enhancement or defect fix. Each time the feature is updated, this report is revised and versioned so the evidence always reflects the current behavior in production.

• End-to-end validation evidence (IQ and OQ test cases with results and links to test reports)

• Risk analysis and impact assessment for the change

• Change log entries that summarize what changed, why, and when

• Every feature on the Unifize platform has one feature-level validation report that serves as the canonical record.

• Whenever the feature is enhanced or updated, a new edition of the report is issued and a full revalidation is performed. All the requirements and risks are re-assessed, the complete IQ/OQ test suite is re-reviewed and re-executed as appropriate, and evidence and traceability are regenerated end-to-end. In addition, a quarterly platform revalidation re-evaluates all active features on the platform.

• The feature validation report is published when the feature goes live on the Unifize platform and includes the complete testing and validation evidence generated during the pre-release testing phase.

This validation package includes restricted content (procedures, risk data, and test evidence). To protect it:

• Why the redirect: Links shown in the Knowledge Base intentionally redirect to app.unifize.com to confirm your identity and permissions before opening the controlled validation document.

• How it works: After you sign in with your authorized Unifize account, you’ll be automatically routed to the controlled copy of the validation document. If you’re already signed in, the redirect completes immediately.

• Why not a direct test-report link: The validation document is more than a raw test report; it includes additional sections and controlled evidence. We therefore do not deep-link directly to external test report URLs from public touchpoints.
