### **Microsoft 365 SharePoint is now available for all users**

You can now upload and manage files directly from your Microsoft 365 SharePoint or OneDrive account within Unifize checklist fields.

### What's new

1. A new option of “Office 365 OneDrive / SharePoint” option is now available in the Upload File checklist field alongside the existing fields of Upload from Computer and Unifize File Store.
2. You can now easily pick or create documents on Unifize platform directly from your organization’s Microsoft 365 account
3. Files will follow existing Sharepoint permissions on Unifize platform as on Microsoft 365

### Where to find it

Step 1 → Navigate to Process Builder \
Step 2 → Add a Checklist Field and select Upload File as the field type \
Step 3 → You'll see the new file source options with checkboxes

### **Key capabilities**

• Pick files directly from SharePoint/OneDrive via a built-in file picker.\
• Create new documents directly from within the Unifize platform if a default SharePoint folder path is already set (Admin only). \
• Enter a default SharePoint folder path to specify where new files will be stored • Option to allow chatroom members to edit the uploaded file \
• Files remain in sync with your organization’s SharePoint permissions, so no need to manage them separately \
• Works with all document types supported by Microsoft 365 (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx, etc.)

### Who can use it

• Unifize user connected with a Microsoft 365 account with “admin” and “org member” access. \
• Admins can do Microsoft 365 integration and control default SharePoint folder paths and control access. Admins can also create files directly from within the "Attach file" section of checklist.
