# Unifize Lite

### What's new

Unifize Lite is now available on mobile! Already familiar as the secure, simplified way to collaborate with external stakeholders, like suppliers, auditors, or reviewers, Unifize Lite now brings that same ease of access to mobile devices. This update makes it even easier for external users to view and interact with a single record securely, from anywhere.

### Where to find it

Step 1 → Navigate to Org Settings → Role Management\
Step 2 → Select the role (e.g., External User, Vendor) you want to configure for Unifize Lite\
Step 3 → Once enabled, Unifize Lite is triggered when a participant is added to a process and does not already have a Unifize account

### Key capabilities

* View the record’s conversation thread and checklist items
* Post responses in the thread
* Complete assigned checklist actions (e.g., approvals or verifications)
* View and download attachments, including signed PDFs
* Access is limited to the specific record only; no access to other parts of the platform

### Who can use it

* By default, users across all roles, including Admin, Org Member, External User, Vendor, and Read Only, can access the Unifize Lite version
* Admins can modify access to Lite through Role Management settings, by toggling permissions per role
